Induction
/ Brain Wave
Holistic Therapy
Life is rhythm. We are constantly subject to the rhythms of
day and night, the change of the seasons, tension and
relaxation, and the changing rhythms of our brainwaves. It
is no longer a secret that each impulse outside or inside of
our bodies has to somehow be processed by our consciousness.
Therefore, it is not far fetched to think that "issues" are
corresponding to changes in the natural brain rhythms.
Cause and Effect of "Wrong" Rhythms
A change in our brain rhythm can be the precursor to a
change in our overall well-being. When our brain oscillates
"wrong", over time it forgets to adapt to a natural change
in the rhythmic behavior, which, depending on the situation,
tunes itself to rest, relaxation, concentration or tension.
The result: Our inner rhythm no longer corresponds to the
outer. The stress which we are experiencing due to overwork,
success pressures, loss or unfinished business automatically
increases our brain frequencies. We are quasi-constantly on
alert. The brain is working in high gear all the time. The
desire to just relax and let it all go can barely be
fulfilled any longer. Permanent tension turns into conflict
tension, and at that point our brain loses its original
rhythmic concept.
Rhythms of Life
Our conscious and subconscious life take place within four
frequency ranges:
- Wakefulness, concentration, alertness, fear:
beta rhythm 14 - 30
Hz
- Relaxation, state of rest, sleepiness:
alpha rhythm 7,5 -
13,5 Hz
- Light sleep and deep meditation:
theta rhythm 4 - 7
Hz. This state supports memory, creativity and
intuition.
- Deep sleep:
delta
rhythm 0,5 - 3,5 Hz. Regeneration, important for a
healthy immune system and all healing processes.
The programs of the holistic induction therapy mirror to
the brain its own harmonious rhythms and remind it of the
original, correct oscillatory behavior. Carefully the brain
is guided towards oscillating in the natural rhythm and to
change from one frequency range to another as appropriate to
a given situation.
The Function
Contrary to the stimulation of different therapy methods
(for instance brain and mind machines), holistic induction
is based on the introduction of vibrations innate to the
brain. It does not forcefully
achieve a change of the brain frequency, but it makes a
proposal - an offer which the brain can decide to accept
from moment to moment. The responsibility for that decision
lies primarily with the part of our brain that we call the
thalamus. It monitors the impressions that are coming in
from the outside - for instance hearing, sight and sensation
- and is on the other hand also called the "gate to
consciousness".
The thalamus takes in the electrical impulses of the
induction programs. When it recognizes these impulses as
system-analogous ones, which correspond to its own original
rhythms, then it will catalyze the whole human organism to
resonate and oscillate in the natural, "normal" brainwave
rhythm.
Holistic Treating like the Brain
Medical studies have shown, that holistic induction therapy
does not alter the characteristics of the brainwaves
themselves, but only effects their rhythmical behavior.
Holistic therefore does not therapeutically treat the brain,
but treats like the brain. The consequence : Rest and
relaxation enter the overworked and over-stimulated brain
areas. Potentially blocked symptoms can return to normalcy
and the disease symptoms, which are connected to specific
information blockages, are supported in dissolving. Holistic
induction therapy of
Esogetic Holistic Medicine is a method, which on one
hand does not have side-effects, and on the other hand is
adapted as closely as humanly possible to the natural body
response brain activities - "an induction of familiar
impulses".
