How to set an online appt:
1. Find a Date & Time that works for your appointment on the calendar. Initial Sessions are normally 2 hrs, Follow-up sessions are normally 1 hour.

2. Then, go to Appointment Request and fill out the appropriate information

3. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours confirming the date and time for your appointment.

4. Complete paperwork before first appointment:
