On-site Virus/Malware/Spyware Removal Services - $99 flat-fee
(compare to some of our competitors that charge $299.99+ for the
SAME service!) We also offer a pick-up drop-off service for the
same price! Each additional computer in same visit is $50.
On-site System Optimization & Cleaning - $99 flat-fee
-Optimize the performance of the programs & hardware of your
system
-Defrag computer (and set to automatically do on a weekly basis)
-Set virus/malware scanners to scan minimum once per week
-Check for latest Service Packs that would help with system
performance
-Clean dust, hair, etc from inside of the computer (yes, we open
it up - our competitors don't)
-Adjust if needed PCI/AGP, etc internal cards for optimal
performance
-Check amount of system RAM (Memory), and other components and
offer suggestions as needed (additional fee for new hardware)
*does not include any additional hardware (i.e. RAM, etc)
On-site Data Backup - $99 flat-fee
-Data Backup
-Does NOT include cost of media for backup
-*Up to 2 GBs of Data. Each additional 10 GBs is $30
On-site In-Home Networking Setup - $99 flat-fee
-Onsite, in-home Networking Setup. Setup of up to 3 devices.
Each additional device is $25.
Laptop Screen Replacement (Pick-up & Drop-off) - $100 +parts
-Replace the LCD Screen on laptop LCD. (Cost does not include
parts.)
Onsite PC Hardware Upgrade - $65 +parts
-Hardware Upgrade (PCI, Video, Audio, NICs, etc) $65.00 + Parts
Limit 1 component. Each additional component $25 in same visit.
Does not include laptop monitors. *Must advise of components
first, or additional trip charges may apply.
On-Site System Corruption Repair - $149 flat-fee
-Check & fix Windows issues, etc
*if system is too far corrupted, we can still usually recover
the data via normal means, then a system reinstall would be
needed, and then it would switch to the Backup & Reinstall
service for $199 (we don't double charge you)
*If data recovery is needed, there is a separate fee for the
data recovery service (above and beyond normal methods)
On-Site Backup and Reinstall - $199 flat-fee

-Reinstall Operating System
*If you would like to have us install your applications (MS
Office, Accounting Software, etc), please select the Fresh Start
option.
Fresh Start Complete Repair - $249 flat-fee
-Backup Data
-Reinstall Operating System
-Install Viper Anti-Virus
-Install Updates
-Configure
-Hardware upgrade replacement (Hardware not included)
-Software Installs (installation media must be provided!)
*With this service, we will pick-up your computer from you,
then, bring it back to you when it is done (normally the next
day, if not the same day!)
Commercial On-site Service - $99/hr
-all commercial On-site services
Data Recovery (call for quote)
-Recovery of lost data
Diagnosis (no fix) - $40 flat-fee if nothing is fixed
(essentially, it's a trip charge)
