Color: all colors in their base sequence:
red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue, violet
Duration: 1 minute for each color
Procedure:
Radiate with red and then dragging the left orbit of the
right to form an 8 lying down for three or four times, then
use the orange and so on up to violet.
Frequency:
once a week

This is a therapy not only particular to the eyes but also
for a general body and energy equilibrium.
In fact, all around the orbit of the eye are also located
all the acupuncture meridians, which are recalibrated by
their color.
The result of this therapy is a relaxation of all muscles
and especially of the eyes.
