Space Licensing options
While working out of our space, we offer a license agreement to utilize the space. With the license agreement it is expected that you clean up after yourself and leave the space in the same condition, or better, than when you started utilizing it. Additionally, you must follow and abide by all city, state and federal laws (for example, having a Client Bill of Rights as described in Section 146A of MN State Statute).
1 day/week for the month = $150 all inclusive (about $34.88/day)
2 days/week for the month = $290 all inclusive (about $33.72/day)
3 days/week for the month = $425 all inclusive (about $32.95/day)
4 days/week for the month = $550 all inclusive (about $31.98/day)
5 days/week for the month = $670 all inclusive (about $31.16/day)
6 days/week for the month = $785 all inclusive (about $30.43/day)
7 days/week for the month (exclusive) = $895 all inclusive (about $29.73/day)
As-Needed = $60/therapy hour
If your appointment is 1 hour, you get the room for 2 hours; 1/2 hour before the appointment and 1/2 hour after your appointment.
