| Let’s begin with the doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. All dogs align with Ayurveda’s prakruti/vikruti paradigm. No doubt about that. It’s more than personality. There are ways to assess overall bone, physique, muscle, stamina, facial features, and so forth, to derive inherent doshic characteristics and features of your dog. Though I am not a veterinarian and I’ve not created a formal animal dosha test, most of us can easily figure it out through observation. |
