2016 is almost here, and it’s now a time of reflection. What worked in 2015, what didn’t? A lot of things that people start to ponder, as it is the time of year to do this after the Winter Solstice, are things like:

  • How can I be happier with myself?
  • How can I attract a mate that desires me as much as I desire them?
  • How can I have a better relationship with my lover, husband, wife, etc?
  • How can I be more sexually attractive?
  • How can I lose weight or be more physically fit, healthier – inside and out?
  • How can I smile more and be less depressed?
  • How can I have more fun?
  • How can I make more money?
  • Quitting smoking, drugs, alcohol or other addictions?
  • …and the list goes on… and on… and on…

One of the many traditions that happen for many in the New Year are New Year’s Resolutions! How fun are those?! For many these are burdensome, heavy and more of an irritation… though the reason we set these is because we #want to improve something about ourselves, we #want to be the best individual that we possibly can be.

So, what if it felt more light? What are some tools that you can use to help make those New Year’s Resolutions easier to accomplish and actually manifest who you truly want and desire to be?

Here’s a little Google+ Hangout from a few years ago with a few Access Consciousness Practitioners. Enjoy!
